On our guided brewery tour, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at every stage of the brewing process — from the raw ingredients we carefully select, right through to the moment the beer is ready to pour. You’ll learn about the role of malt, hops, yeast, and water, and how subtle changes in each can completely transform the flavour and style of a beer.

You’ll also see the equipment we use in action — from our 200L Braumeister brewing system to our fermenters and packaging setup — and get a real feel for the craft, care, and precision that goes into every batch. Along the way, we’ll share stories about our brewing philosophy, our connection to the Bréifne region, and how we’re building a modern Irish brewery rooted in tradition. Each tour finishes with a tasting session, where you can sample a selection of our beers and chat with the team about your favourites.
