It’s been a long road to get here, full of twists, turns, setbacks, and small wins, but we’re thrilled to finally say it… Bréifne Gael Brewing has a home!
For those of you who have been following our journey on YouTube, you’ll know just how much this moment means. From brewing in the garage and testing recipes late into the night, to navigating planning, premises, and licensing, it’s been a real adventure. Now, seeing it all come together in our new space feels incredible.
This marks the start of the next big chapter. The process to secure our brewing licences officially begins now, and we’re aiming to be fully operational by the end of Q1 2026. There’s still plenty of work ahead — fitting out the brewery, installing equipment, and running test brews — but we’re closer than ever to pouring that first pint of Bréifne Gael beer brewed in our own premises.
We’ll be sharing every step along the way, including the build-out, the first test batches, and the inevitable hiccups that come with starting a brewery, right here and over on YouTube.
